I have been with this practice for approximately 25 years & have always found Dr Burgess very sympathetic & helpful. Today she quickly identified my problem & discussed the resolution with me and how to manage my condition.

Given the time that Gp's have per appointment, Dr Burgess manages the consultation process very efficiently and professionally. Her practical and highly professional approach quickly puts one at ease; whilst due care is given to listening to both the issues presenting and medical history. She adopts a holistic approach to care with is appreciated.

Dr Burgess makes you feel at ease and able to discuss your problems without hurry or fuss. I felt that she understood my concerns and helped me to decide how to move forward.
She really seems to care about her patients.

Dr Burgess saw me at urgent request. She was understanding and direct to my needs and thorough in her practice using quick diagnostic tools and checking history to meet a solution to my issue short term and also long term. She went beyond her duty to even call me after I had left to advise a further check up in the future. Thank you Dr Burgess for your continual consistency of help and service.
