Dr Randhawa is such a great doctor i could not fault her at all. she listens to your problems and finds a solution to try and help you. she is very understanding and takes time to access you. amazing doctor!!!

I have been very critical of Saxonbrook and the inability to get an appointment for several years. However, my experience this week has restored my faith in the system. The number of times I have a receptionist ask me "is it an emergency?" has frustrated me majorly! If it was an emergency I would have dialled 999! Is it urgent? Yes! Well I have an appointment available three weeks on Tuesday... This week was different... I decided not to telephone because the lines are always busy, but instead went down to the surgery at 8am to ask for a same day appointment. I was given a number 2, and waited until 8.30am when I was allocated a 9.20am appointment. Receptionist was helpful and had a sense of humour - always helps. I was seen, on time, by Dr Randhava and cannot fault the care she gave me. I went in with one urgent condition and in the space of 10 minutes had a full MOT! If I have a choice in the future, I will definitely ask to see her. Incredibly professional, efficient and has a lovely manner. Good job! Thank you so much!
