I had a small ‘op’ today at Charing Surgery to remove a lump from my upper right arm. Dr Susanne Warrilow and Dr Bill Warrilow carried out the procedure together. It was over and complete in minutes. I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I felt no pain not even discomfort during the procedure. We three had a jolly conversation as I felt so completely relaxed not sleepy, just nicely relaxed. My procedure could not have been performed any better. I was extremely pleased, overjoyed to be honest as I wasn’t looking forward to it at all. Thank you to both Dr Susanne and Dr Bill Warrilow.

Dr Bill Warrilow He was very reassuring and explained the procedure he was going to do, he made me feel safe and happy with what he was going to do. (Cyst removal) The Charing surgery made me feel safe from Covid will all its procedures in place. Mrs J Hanna

Wow what a lovely surgery- was referred by gp in Dover for cysts removal, the lovely setting put me at ease straight away. The doctors where super- they spoke to me first and explained everything to me- and even drew me a little diagram of what they were going to do. I had no pain or discomfort and my Cynthia the Cyst (as named by my children was given her marching orders. I was dealt with respect and didn’t feel like a number- I truly wish that this surgery was my gp surgery. Truly thankful for the great treatment.

Went in this morning to have a few moles removed from my back. Very friendly and welcoming. Professional at all times. Gave a good explanation to the procedure. Explained the procedure as she went along. Checked the local anaesthetic was working before she proceeded. Never felt a thing! Procedure took very little time. in and out very quickly. Excellent service.
