Dr Susan Rankine

Susan seemed rushed and answering any questions in a hasty manner, didn't give an impression to listen at all. Didn't empathize and tried to rush me out even though I was in pain and scared about my medical condition. Not a service you'd hope for as a patient. Can't unfortunately recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Rankine's for many years and she has always been extremely professional. She always goes the extra mile and you get the impression that she really cares about you as a person. The practise is in a lovely building with extremely good facilities and I have always been very happy with the service provided despite all the changes to the NHS. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery.
