Dr Susan Powell is a wonderful doctor with the loveliest bed side manner. My elderly mother was under her care for several years until sadly Dr Powell moved to another hospital trust. She always welcomed us both into her consultation room, she would discuss how my mother was getting on with my mother and involving me when necessary. All of the time these discussions were going on she would be making eye contact but also making notes. She didn't miss anything and her letters after the appointment always covered everything that had been discussed in a way that was compassionate and easily read. Mums quality of life was massively improved all down to Dr Powells outstanding care.

Dr Powell is the most amazing doctor! Its a pleasure to see her. She really listens to me and deals with my multiple and complex medical problems excellently. Her letters to me and my GP are amazing and are written in easy to follow in standard easy to read English. She is extremely Ethical and her secretary is amazing too. Sadly she moved to Worcester to be a consultant their and was an extremely sad loss to Solihull hospital.
