I have seen Dr Jones several times over the last 2 years, unfortunately with several different problems & a long term ongoing problem. I have always found her to be caring, patient, helpful & supportive. She always listens & will offer suggestions as to what she considers to be the best treatment/way forward but if you are unsure that what she is suggesting is right for you or do not feel that is how you wish to progress then she is more than willing to discuss this with you & if possible offer alternatives. Although I would describe Dr Jones as a "no nonsense GP" I find her to be a very caring person, she genuinely cares about her patients, she is very thorough does her utmost best to get to the bottom of your problem. She is open & honest sometimes having to say things that maybe you don't want to hear but need to hear, she genuinely wants the best for you as a patient, all in all she is an excellent GP & a great asset to the practice. I cannot thank her enough for the care & attention I have received over the last 2 years.
