Susan Hill is uncaring and does not listen. You will soon see that when you receive clinic letter. I have made numerous complaints and have been under her care for 2 years and still have no diagnosis! I have finally been referred to immunology after arguing for months. Would not recommend her care to anyone ever.....Worse Doctor (I dont call her that now as I dont think she deserves that title) your child could be under at GOSH

I do believe that Dr. Hill makes her decision on how to treat your children before you even present, or walk into the room. She didn't listen to anything we had said and the review letter proved it! Whilst she may be the lead clinician and a lead in her field, her listening skills are beyond poor, her attitude towards parents is one of impatience. I do believe that if she took the time to listen, fully and read the notes she has been sent a lot of time would be saved, NHS money and appointments. GOSH - maybe your caring for children she start from educating your doctors on how to listen to the parents that care for their children

Without doubt one of the most uncaring individuals I have ever met. Poor communication skills and the arrogance my family came to expect at GOSH

Unlistening, uncaring.
