Saw privately. I never felt like he had the time to listen or respond to questions/queries. Our first appointment at his Edgbaston clinic was over an hour delayed. After diagnosing Epilepsy he arranged for an MRI Scan. Assumed should wait for results before starting meds - waited 12 weeks - several seizures later, he then said you should have started the meds! Not very clear with his instructions. His prescribed increment of dosage was incorrect/all over the place. He didn't respond to emails when I asked for a letter to be sent to school with information required. Would not want to visit him again.

Said severe drug toxicity was migraine (which my child has never had) and shrugged off the mistake as if it was unimportant. He wanted to give even more medicine so could have seriously harmed her even further. Does not listen and is insensitive, intimidating and overbearing with the child. I found him arrogant.

Misdiagnosed a rare neurological movement disorder as being "something CBT would fix"
