This isn't the first time I've met Dr Das and as previously I found him relaxed, unfussy and friendly in a professional way which inspired confidence. In theatre he was also able swiftly to reassure me about a slight concern I had (as a laryngectomee neck breather) about the manner of oxygenation.

I have no complaints to make, but I absolutely hate questionnaires and feedback. Not being in the profession, I do not see what I can ujsefully say. I am tgold I needed a fair amount of sedation, but was not aware of the fact till afterwards.
