I attended the Lister Hospital in February for a minor op to remove skin tags from my eye lid. I found Mr. Mithra to be extremely pleasant and helpful, as well as reassuring. He answered my questions fully, explained what was going to happen clearly and realistically and performed the operation with the absolute minimum of discomfort. I am very happy with the results of the surgery.
