I have been with this practice since 2009 starting of with Dr Sirisena and then moving on to Dr Talpahewa. These doctors are brilliant and really do care about their patients. It is fairly easy to get a telephone conversation on the same day and I cannot recommend this practice and Dr Talpahewa highly enough. The staff in the practice, Mehriya and Emily are all superb as well and they know their patients which makes the experience even better.

It is very difficult to get appointment with the GP still they are giving telephone consultation..you have to phone the surgery to get the telephone consultation at 8.00 am. When you call at 8.00am you will receive only engage noice till10,00 am. If you are really lucky you will get telephone consultation, but the receptionist ask to wait for the doctor’s call from 9.00 am till 12.00pm.. The GP only call around 5.30pm or7.30pm. I really won’t recommend this surgery to anyone.

I am registered in Dr Sudath's surgery, and very happy that i chose to register with this surgery. He is such a great doctor. I had to get second opinion regarding my baby's skin condition as it seemed like it was getting worse, due to covid everything was over the phone. When i got a telephone consultation with dr sudath, he told me to bring my baby to surgery, he immediately knew what it was and gave me cream to treat it. My baby's skin cured in a week. The times i was booked with Dr sudath, he knew exactly what my problem was and gave me medication and advices which actually worked and i didn't needed to repeat any medication. He is such a good doctor with good humour.

I have been a patient of Dr Sudath Talpahewa for many years and welcome the opportunity of being able to complete this review insofar as the medical care accorded to me by him is concerned. Throughout my time as his patient, I have found him to be always attentive, very professional , and responsive to my needs as and when required. I consider myself very fortunate and grateful to have him as my Doctor. KAH

The receptionist service has greatly improved. the medical service doctor/nurse do not instil confidence. they are nice people but thats not enough when seeking professional advice
