It has been so refreshing to be seen by a doctor who genuinely cares. From the first appointment, all through a number of diagnostic tests, Dr Ram has made me feel comfortable and listed to the whole way through. Dr Ram has got a great skill of making any medical jargon or procedure understandable and takes the time to explain why any tests are being done. You can clearly notice the passion and knowledge he has for his field and patients and I would 100% recommend him.

Warm, friendly, very professional. Along with his excellent team of assistants he put me at ease in all phases of the procedure. His comprehensive notes supported his verbal feeback and all in all it was a pleasant experience.

I had been suffering from pains in my abdomen for several months and was worried that the pains could be a symptom of something serious. Three years earlier I had been diagnosed with colitis and I had tried numerous over-the-counter tablets and solutions targeted at the condition. A good friend suggested that I should contact Dr. Ramakrishnan to see if he could help. It was apparent at the very first meeting that Dr. Ramakrishnan was the right person. His knowledge of conditions affecting the digestive system was clear at the outset but he also had considerable empathy. Dr. Ramakrishnan is thorough in his investigations, he explains things well and he is willing to consider 'alternative' treatments if they have been proven to help. I was very impressed by this specialist and I have no hesitation in recommending him if you are suffering from continuous stomach cramps that are making life difficult. I am very grateful to Dr. Ramakrishnan who provided the reassurance and advice that I needed.

Dr Ramakrishnan is a kind and knowledgeable consultant I would not hesitate to recommend. From the beginning he has listened to my symptoms sympathetically and helped guide me through a difficult few months through diagnostics and now with my diagnosis and how I move forward. I am a very anxious patient however he has made me feel at ease throughout. I have had to have a procedure with him and I was incredibly nervous about having a general anaesthetic however Dr Ram guided me through everything and made me feel very comfortable as I knew I was in the safest hands. He explains everything thoroughly and kindly he talks to you like a person and not a patient. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I feel lucky to have had him as my consultant. He really is the best!

He listened carefully to all of my medical history and was so thorough in his analysis of what could potentially be causing the issues with my bowel and stomach. He was so knowledgeable , yet able to explain the issues in a simplistic way to lay people. He filled both myself and my husband with lots of confidence.
