At my first visit he listened carefully to my symptoms and knowing I was due to go on holiday he promptly arranged for a CT scan, there was a query on this so an MRI scan was quickly arranged with good results. My next step was a gastroscopy then a follow up consultation at which Dr Ram went through what had happened during the procedure in great detail using photographs and explained that everything was normal. After a little advice, I left the clinic feeling very reassured.
I found Dr Ram very approachable, attentive and thorough and would not hesitate in recommending him.
