Dr Ram immediately put me at ease as soon as the consultation started. He was very reassuring and explained everything fully. He was easy to talk to and I felt I could ask him any questions I wanted to. Thankfully the tests he carried out showed that no treatment was required for the symptoms I had presented with, but he did notice something very small on the scans that needed further investigation by a specialist team in Liverpool. When I saw the Consultant there he told me that Dr Ram had done very well to spot it. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dr Ram to friends and family.
