I have known Dr. Crowe since I first came down to Torbay 15 years ago. Cared greatly when I caught pneumonia. I have found him to be the best doctor that I have ever known. He is caring and listens well to what you have to say. Any referrals are dealt with promptly, normally whilst I have been in his surgery. With his help I have managed to reduce the medication that I have been taking for an extremely long time. I have great confidence in him. Feel he has given me my life back. He is also very polite, has a great sense of humour makes you feel totally relaxed and has a great bedside manner. I am so sorry that he has left Greenswood surgery. He will be greatly missed. I hope that my disabled daughter will change her surgery and be taken on at his as she is far more relaxed whilst discussing her many issues with him.

Have suffered from a severe medical condition for 12 years and when he joined this practice he set about getting me help I am now in a position where I can say that Dr Crowe has given me my life back and I am eternally grateful. The most caring G P that I have encountered. From a personal point of view it was a great loss when he left the practice with which I am registered as there is no other doctor at the practice who comes close in terms of understanding my needs. Dr Crowe was always prepared to devote the amount of time that a consultation required, irrespective of the allocated appointment allocation, and such consultations were personal at his surgery - not impersonal by telephone as they have increasingly become with his successor.

My wife and I were on holiday in the area and needed the assistance of a doctor. We were very fortunate to receive help from Dr Crowe. He attended to us very quickly, was understanding of our situation and cared. This was reflected in his efficient and effective management of the situation which we appreciated very much.
