Made plenty of time to talk to help me feel more comfortable about the operation. I am deaf and although he spoke very quietly he looked at me so I could lip read. After the removal of my hearing aids in the prep room he looked at me when he spoke to make sure I understood what I he was doing. He understood my concerns about medication and recovery after the operation. Relaxed me regarding the insertion of the cannular, which I generally have problems with. On removal of the cannular there was no pain or bruising. Visited me after surgery and explained the medication used. His care was exemplary.
