I was really nervous about having a repeat colonoscopy as a previous one 2yrs ago had resulted in excruciating pain later that night. Dr Fox reassured me and I felt he took the time to listen to my concerns. The procedure itself although a little uncomfortable at times was not rushed, things were explained and there was no embarrassment at all. Dignity was maintained throughout and all staff were professional and worked well together as a team. Going back for a gastroscopy doesn't seem as daunting now :)
