Dr Fox performed the procedure quickly and professionally. The procedure was so skillfully performed that I did not require sedation or gas and air. Dr Fox was happy to chat to me during the procedure answering any questions I had and about what we could see on the screen and giving me up to date information about bowel screening of which I was unaware.
The nurses were also kind and professional and the whole process allowed me to retain as much dignity as possible despite the circumstances!
