In response to an e-consult request Dr Ward-Booth delivered some very upsetting results of recent tests by email. No explanation or discussion given, even though this was requested. Only comment was that the condition doesn't cause pain, pain is an associated and not uncommon symptom of the diagnosed condition. He did not listen, he gave inaccurate medical information, and he did not for one second consider that this news would be upsetting to receive by email without any explanation or information offered.

Dr Ward-Booth was my GP for many years. He always listened to me, made extensive notes so that he had all the details of my condition, was clear and explained his diagnoses well, offered and followed up on referrals and treated me in an holistic way, taking into account both my mental and physical health. He helped me enormously and I was very sorry to leave his care when I moved house. A great doctor.

Doctor Ward Booth listened to me and helped me by giving me lots of self help information and said I could rebook another appointment if I had anymore thought on the things we talked about. It felt good to be listened to.

Bedside manner is very poor!! Doesn’t listen to the whole explanation of the health issues. Very vague on diagnosis
