So lucky to be one of Dr Taylor’s patients for over a decade. Always makes time, listens, impartial and an expert in his field. Most important he cares and wants to make a difference With Dr Taylor’s treatment/support I have been able to work and raise a family. Dr Taylor identified conditions that my GP hadn’t. Whilst complimentary my feedback is constructive and considered. Indeed,, the whole team are first class. Well done Heartlands you have some awesome people.

Always willing to listen to you and never in a rush. Every time is visit it seems seamless and he is very welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr Taylor and the clinic at Heartlands

I sat in on Dr Taylor’s clinic today and had a really great experience. It was really lovely to see a doctor who cares so much about what he does and truly cares for his patients. He taught me a lot about HIV and treatment regimes, as well as the need for widespread routine testing. It was nice to see also that he didn’t limit his interest to just the HIV side of his patients’ healthcare - he cared about their mental health, social circumstances, other healthcare conditions they have going on, etc
