I have known Dr Taylor for more than 10 years. Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable, since formulating my treatment plan, he has reviewed me regularly especially when I had a very bad reaction to the medication I was prescribed. Having known Dr Taylor for a number of years as mentioned above, we have a good patient doctor relationship. Dr Taylor is trust worthy and easy to talk to. I have been able to ask any question related to my treatment and care, he always listen and provide constructive advice. During one of my reviews, Dr Taylor sought views from his colleagues who attended the session to discuss my care in my presence following a complication. Dr Taylor is keen to know that his patients get the best treatment available. I saw Dr Taylor during a time when I was struggling with my emotion. He was reassuring and personable whilst maintaining professionalism at all time. I am very lucky to be treated by Dr Taylor.

Dr Taylor was incredible from the first appointment, he has explained everything to me as well as going as far as drawing diagrams and ensuring I understand the situation. He has made sure I felt comfortable and heard, and has really put me at ease throughout the whole process. Incredibly knowledgeable, caring and patient. Highly recommend.

Ive known Stephen Taylor since my original diagnosis over 20years in fact , he is outstandingly caring, knowledgeable and sensitive to often hidden concerns . One of a limited number of friends , (because I consider him that , ) whom one will be willing to say or speak of personal problems other than medical that can have affect on ones wellbeing. I know that his concerns and welfare for his patients and those in the wider community of particularly LGBT people is the epitome of a genuinely good person . His service to humankind is immeasurable. A fine example for any young person who has the vocation for medicine and caring for others .one of the most influential persons in my life .

Dr Taylor had a great rapport with his patients, making them feel at ease and giving them enough confidence to take control of their own health. His passion is also visible when he encourages his patients to take part in the events he runs, such as the unveiling of the HIV memorial in Birmingham, on 1st December 2022. As I am a medical student, we discussed HIV as a condition, and how it impacts a patient - something we can never learn from a textbook but is vitally important. Thank you very much to the clinic for making me feel welcome.

He diagnosed me, he gave me the treatment and with his treatment and support I can say that I have a life again. Before meeting the doctor I was really lost , but he explained to me exactly what HIV condition it is and how I manage and to cope with the infection. He is very morally supportive, all the time he listens to me and he answers all my questions , I never felt that he is in a rush . I am really pleased that he is my doctor, he really changed my life. He is really supportive thanks to his help and the treatment prescribed to me , I can say I am living right now, and I understand my condition and I respect and take my medication. He is the best Doctor ever !!!!
