My son was critically ill & suffered a sudden massive pulmonary haemorrhage in Manchester Children's Hospital. Everyone was panicking, but Dr Playfor walked in, took control, directed everyone & did what needed to be done; intubating my son & putting him on a ventilator.
He was so cool & calm I wanted to check HIS pulse! Never seen anyone so cool in a crisis.
I owe him my son's life
