Dr Pereira is friendly, thorough, and seems competent, but BOY DOES HE TAKE HIS TIME. Regardless of the amount of pain that someone is in, unless he deems it a medical emergency, you will wait ages to get your results and he is not contactable. I spent three weeks in so much pain that I could not work or leave the house. We had a non-refundable summer holiday booked that we came so close to cancelling. In 1876, Mr Bell patented the telephone. It would help if Dr Pereira became acquainted with this not new invention. It is not necessary for people to take off from work to see him face-to-face only on a Friday afternoon to be told a test result is negative.
