Always calls me to talk before making me a same day appointment.He is understanding calm in nature and a good listener.Very thorough in his assessment and diagnosis,even when rushed off his feet.Which is most of the time[very busy Practice]On average he makes at least 65 calls a day to patients to decide whether an appointment is deemed necessary.This means he is at the practice from 6am to 8pm most days. That is Pressure by any standards.Thanks to the present governments cuts,and imposing additional responsibilities on all GP's.
