Caring , compassionate prepared to listen , I'm certainly throwing in some complex problems but this doctor is brilliant . We didn't originally get on , on the right foot , but 20 years on I certainly would trust him with my life .
He is the old ( sorry DW ) traditional Dr who treats you as a patient and not as a number
