It was (inevitably) a busy day in A&E. However, I was triaged, seen by a nurse, x-rayd and
treated by Dr Schickerling in approximately an hour and a half. All the staff from start to finish were amazing, friendly, courteous, sympathetic, helpful and efficient. I was listened to and given full information and advice on my condition. Despite the press and politicians the NHS is doing it's best, especially in our hospital. Thank you and a very Happy Christmas to you all and hopefully a much better 2018.
Treated in A&E at Bury St Edmunds. An issue that I have had for over 20yrs was investigated and finally diagnosed. Nothing was too much trouble
Emergency urinary catheterisation carried out swiftly with great care. Could not ask for better treatment of an extremely uncomfortable condition. Kept informed of progress with blood tests and results. Left A&E confident that the situation was now under control.
This is the second time I've required this treatment at Peterborough City Hospital and on both occasions the the treatment has been very good.
