Doctor Pal is very professional and human.
Dr Pal is always a warm and welcoming doctor who listens to my concerns andd opinions and takes them into consideration during every consultation. His calm, reassuring and honest approach and attitude greatly help me to deal with my polycistic kidney disease. Under Dr. Pal's care I know I am in good hands.
Dr Pal is always punctual. He is welcoming and never makes me feel as if I am being hurried through the appointment. He makes time to listen and advise as well as explaining various issues, sometimes having to repeat himself if I don’t fully understand first time round.
I have every confidence in him as he has seen me consistently and I feel that he actually knows me as a person not just a set of notes.
As an ex member of staff, they say a little knowledge can be dangerous. I have certain worries about my condition. I feel that I can speak to Dr Pal about my concerns and that he understands. I like him as a person and A doctor, and have full confidence in him.
I do not think I have any suggestions how he could improve my care, I just hope he stays around long enough to give the care and time to myself and others.
I have been under the care of Dr Pall for many years. He is always very professional in his manner, yet manages to put you as ease. He is able to explain the complex information in an easy to understand format. He asks the right questions to obtain the information he needs. Suggests and implements adjustments to medication and monitors to make sure not affecting the bloods. Has discussed the different types of dialysis in preparation for when this is due. Always willing to try to accommodate my appointments around my daughters working hours.
