Saw this Dr for first time after having seen another rheumatologist twice. He did not listen to me, did not ask how my condition was, wouldn't answer my questions. His time was spent berating me about how should be tapering quicker and writing a two page letter to my GP. Waste of a valuable NHS appointment.

It was so refreshing for a doctor to take the time to find about me today. I saw Dr Awan and the interest, compassion and care that he showed me was paramount. He was empathetic, supportive and showed a genuine interest in treating my condition. Dr Awan was friendly, approachable and unpatronizing. I would totally recommend Dr Awan it was a pleasure to meet with him, he made me feel at total ease and valued as a patient.
