I met this lovely Doctor in A&E on Monday the 14th September. She listened explained everything that was going to be done to me. Highly recommend her.

Dr Sofia was amazing! And made me feel so much better straight away! I had a an allergic reaction and Sofia was absolutely spot on with regards to what I should do when returning back home and what to buy from the pharmacy. I was super grateful for all Sofia’s help. My whole experience from start to finish at Southmead was excellent, especially in such a different time.

I have been quite confused with pain and she was very patient with my when answering her questions. I'm sure I wasn't making sense

Dr Sofia and the accompanying nurse were really attentive and I felt very well looked after. The turnaround was also really quick. Overall a really comforting professional experience.
