I visited Southmead A & E today suffering from serious stomach / bowel pain.
I was attended to very quickly and efficiently. I was attended to by Dr Reynolds,I found her very helpful and informative with my problem. She listened to my concerns and advised me on dealing with my situation.

In a busy environment like the Emergency Department I feel it is important to ensure patients feel listened to and have the opportunity to ask questions. I strive to give all my patients the best possible care using a holistic approach.
