Dr J (as we know him as) is a truly gifted doctor who has that, sadly often absent, trait of caring. He explains everything you want to know and also goes the extra mile to see you as a person not a patient. He's interested in the holistic approach to treatment - and shows compassion in every positive sense of that word. He is simply one of the very best stars in the NHS. The staff at the clinic are all great - but dr J deserves extra credit!

I trust this doctor implicitly, he and all the staff at the clinic have all the time in the world for you. I have had a dreadful couple of months coming to terms with my illness but have always felt I am receiving the best care possible from Dr J.

Although Dr J has some communication issues I know he knows his stuff, my nurse Jude takes the time to explain anything, going out of her way to help in any way she can and I feel this makes up for it. All the staff are very welcoming, helpful and pleasant too.
