Dr England is a brilliant doctor, has guided me through an initial diagnosis of depression, and then through my subsequent diagnosis of bipolar disorder. She is hugely knowledgeable, genuinely cares and is very easy to talk to. Really would recommend to anyone struggling

Dr England is an outstanding doctor. Full stop. I am a doctor and developed severe depression due to back pain. She is a strong but caring woman not afraid of straight talking. She provided a logical explanation for my problems and guided me through some strong drugs. My depression lifted and I go back to full time work

Although I was correctly diagnosed, I felt at times that at times she blamed my symptoms on a difficult childhood, unfortunately my depression worsened and was left medically untreated. I was referred to a friend therapist who was very unhelpful as an input, again the focus on childhood stuff rather than symptoms.
I made a serious attempts on my life numerous times, it was really distressing. On a positive I now have a NHS consultant following hospital admission. She takes me seriously and has started me on lithium and I feel well an able to work again!!!

Hi,
I have been a patient of Dr England since 2008. Great psychiatrist and support structure. I credit a large portion of my recovery to Simone England.
