Dr Simona Soresi

This lady Doctor was extremely attentive in preparing to do a bronchoscopy. The approach was holistic in putting the present and future possible processes in context. It became easy to develop trust, and this was helped by her caring, her kind nature and most aimiable personality. Despite withdrawing the scope a couple of times, due to tickling of the throat and violent coughing, persistence paid off. This was helped by me volunteering to tilt my head to improve ease of access to the lungs. The coughing prevented sighting every detail. I could do nothing more to help. Strongly recommended.
