I received a phone call from Dr Taggart within an hour of sending off a contact form, followed by a zoom consultation that evening, after he'd finished with his last patient of the day. There wasn't a lot of good news (which is my fault for ever smoking!) but he listened to me, and then explained everything in a way that made perfect sense before outlining the next steps. I felt better just understanding what could be wrong with me, and what my expectations might be. I'm now ready for the next stage and feel confident that, whatever the outcome, I'm getting the best available treatment from someone who cares about me as a person.

Rare is it the case you walk out of a consultation feeling a sense of control and trust in the process you’re apart of. This is one of, if not the only instance, I have had that feeling. Dr Taggart took the time to listen, really listen and made a concerted effort to ensure the medical language and results of my consultation were translated into language which was understandable and comprehensible. A thorough experience.

Dr Taggart is a wonderful Doctor. He listens to what you have to say and very humbly gives his advice. I was suffering with a chronic and annoying cough since mid December. I actually had bronchitis but was on medicine from my GP. However, after I recovered I was left with a loud, disturbing cough. By the time I saw Dr Taggart it was towards the end of March. He suggested that I drink ice water and a few exercises. I drank ice water throughout the day - even though I usually drink hot coffees - and did the exercise of breathing in fully - and tapping below my neck and using my vocal chords - whilst exhaling. Within 5 days I stopped coughing and I don’t have to announce that my cough is not a Covid cough whenever I am amongst people. Many many thanks to do Taggart for all his advice. He is a wonderful Doctor

Dr Taggart was able to identify the cause of my persistent cough straightaway and recommend techniques - mechanical, mindset and, occasionally, medication - for dealing with it. I am confident these will work as his explanations as to why I have been coughing so much recently made complete sense. Dr Taggart was so kind, in addition to his obvious great knowledge and experience.
