I received a phone call from Dr Taggart within an hour of sending off a contact form, followed by a zoom consultation that evening, after he'd finished with his last patient of the day.
There wasn't a lot of good news (which is my fault for ever smoking!) but he listened to me, and then explained everything in a way that made perfect sense before outlining the next steps. I felt better just understanding what could be wrong with me, and what my expectations might be.
I'm now ready for the next stage and feel confident that, whatever the outcome, I'm getting the best available treatment from someone who cares about me as a person.
