I suffer from Panic and anxiety issues. Dr Ruffle was outstanding in the way he treated me and listened to my every need. Understanding and kind. Reasurring me on every visit. He was very aware of how dependant i became on him. He even wrote to my new Dr. Explaing how i was as a person and what my needs were after i had to leave Twyford surgery after moving. Unfortunately my next Dr left the practice I'm currently at 6 years ago and i have not had a regular Dr since. My panic and anxiety levels are through the roof and oh how i wish i could move back to Twyford.
