Even tho Dr Grover can often run a little late,everyone benefits from time given. As i have complex needs i find it very important to be able to be seen by the same Dr over the years. In addition he is very thorough and any required scans,texts etc. are requested without hesitation. Only concern is practice seems to find difficult to retain new Dr's???????

Two recent consultations have been effective. Dr Grover has been focused on exploring and explaining issues to me, has referred promptly though hospital response is very slow - not a reflection on him Today, results of some tests, clearly explained, discussed implications and dealt with an emerging issue. Dr Grover was attentive, listened and engaged with me as a patient rather than dominating discussion. Sometimes appointments are difficult to obtain but these two appointments were relatively prompt. Dr Grover has a relaxed manner in engaging with me, certainly, and presumably others, and knows his stuff well.

Its difficult to get an appointment, but when you do, Dr Grovers attention is given fully. He listens, advises, talks over different options, explains in full detail any treatment needed, always checks your record on medication. The only suggestion to improve matters is for his secretary to be more helpful and efficient.

I like the way this go makes you feel at ease . Not all doctors doctors want to hear your views but Dr grover always has time to discuss your problems .
