Dr Grover is always very helpful and completely honest. He always takes his time and consequently his surgeries usually run late. But if you have been with the surgery for many years, as I have, you come prepared for a bit of a wait! He is a very good listener and is prepared to listen to all the concerns that you have. He is very happy to refer you to any consultants necessary, whilst treating the problem in the meantime He will totally explain any treatments and he will even refer you for tests that he may not deem necessary, but just to put your mind at ease.

Dr Grover is the only Dr I trust at his surgery, he may run late but that is because he cares about his patients . He listens to everything that Is said and knows his stuff! The best GP I've seen by a mile.

Dr Grover is an extremely patient and down to earth GP who practices like old fashioned family GP's did. he always has time for his patients and is never in a rush to get you out of the door. The surgery would not be the same if he left.
