From the beginning of my journey into the oncology service, this Consultant showed a genuine caring and empathic attitude towards myself and my husband.
No question was left unanswered. Time was spent with me, explaining everything. At no time did I feel rushed or uninvolved in my treatment.
His clinics do tend to run over, but everyone knows that because he listens to the patient, no one comes out of the consultation feeling not in control. Everyone accepts there may be a delay, as we all know he will spend the necessary time with you to ensure you are at ease with what at the end of the day can be a very frightening process.
