It seems to be difficult to get a face to face consultation at the moment, no doubt because of the extra strain put on it by the pandemic. However, Dr. Church was thorough and answered all my questions well and plotted with me the way forward effectively and to my satisfaction.

Dr Church really listened to my concerns and reflected back too so that I knew he understood. When checking the contents of a letter after a hospital appointment he read it out loud. He explained what he was going to look for when he examined me and talked about what he could see/feel during the examination. He impressed on me that I should contact him if I got certain problems or any other worrying problems. Dr Church has always made me feel confident in his care. He is not afraid to say if he doesn’t know and will look things up whilst I am there so that I know he has not forgotten.
