I had a very short - less than 2 minute telephone consultation with this doctor, who during the call appeared caring, then changed the plan of care that had been discussed, when I questioned this, I was made to feel incredibly stupid. During the consultation an investigation was needed within two weeks, but after the consultation the investigation will be in 5 months time - a total joke, you cannot treat patients in this way. Total lack of care and respect, not treated with any dignity.
