At a consultation, Dr Powell seemed uninformed and moreover uninterested in being informed about findings on a standard test her practice had ordered.
She was equally uninterested in supporting the patient find appropriate information, and her overall behaviour at the consultation suggested a very formal attitude and an impatience.
Perhaps it was the end of the working day and perhaps the concerns of that patient paled before those of others, but in any case not a doctor who inspired confidence and a wish to recommend.
