My mother was seen promptly and greeted with kindness and smile . Her nurse Marife was kind and very attentive. The whole experience with all the staff in the day care haematology was excellent and beyond doubt exceeded our expectations. She was consulted by Dr Arami very quickly and his caring approach put my mum at great comfort and ease. His encouragement and giving hope to my mother during this difficult time is great in helping my mum to manage her condition satisfactorily. We visit this unit very frequently and we have never been disappointed about the care and professionalism that has been demonstrated by Dr Arami and his Team including nurse Marife Nisha, Conrad ,Eugene , Riya , Monet, Kim , Nikki , Christine and many more in the haematology department. We wish to express our gratitude and a big thank you to all of them.

He has an excellent bedside manner with a very good listening skills . He is very patient centred in his consultations and genuinely very caring . He gives hope and encouragement and my mother feels so much better both mentally and physically after seeing him.
