I am writing this review on behalf of my nan, she could not be happier with the care she receives from Dr Agrawal. He always takes the time to listen and is always willing to change the care plan as as her condition progresses. He has provided excellent care throughout her treatment and we are extremely grateful.

Dr Agrawal greets me with a smile. He is courteous and respectful and always listens to my concerns. Where necessary he sends me for tests and is willing to refer me to me to other specialists when appropriate. I am confident that he is trying to ensure that I have the best possible treatment for my illness.

Dr Agrawal is always so happy to see us, polite and has a great bedside manner. He listens to what we have to say, is genuinely happy to offer advice and goes above and beyond in his help. I saw Dr Agrawal today at Medway Maritime Hospital and, like always, Dr Agrawal was very courteous, sympathetic to my issues and explained everything relating to my condition clearly and with patience - he does not make you feel as if you are on conveyor belt of patients but as if you are an individual with specific concerns and feelings. Part of my treatment involved having a steroid injection in the shoulder; this was executed with step-by-step explanation as to what was happening and the process was easy and pain free, despite my fears. I don’t like hospitals (a common feeling, I imagine) but Dr Agrawal made everything easy.
