Dr Shobi, Listens and considers what she can do to help. She is always cheerful and smiling and I always feel better after a chat and laugh with her. I never feel rushed and she looks at you and not at her computer screen. She understands my problems and is always sympathetic and does her best to sort me out. I am delighted to see her every time especially when I took my husband and she was such a sweetheart as he has Alzheimer's and can be difficult! We are so pleased that she is our named doctor. One suggestion.... she could do with a bigger brighter room, despite her sunshine lamp and cheerful pictures

Dr Shobana is a great doctor. She has a lovely personality which puts you at your ease straightaway. She is extremely helpful with your problem, listens intently and tries to help as much as she can. I always request to see her now as I have complete confidence in her.

She listened to me when I was explaining how I felt and we discussed what could be done to improve my health. She was very patient and didn't rush me at all. Therefore, I had a good relief by just seeing her. I would recommend her to anybody as she is extremely helpful. No improvements needed because she is fabulous and is doing everything perfectly.
