The Doctor help me with three outstanding issues which she then prescribed medication to try relieve the issues.
She was totally professional and dealt with me with understanding and care .

From a letter I wrote to Dr S:
Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding when I sought help with my self-harm this week. I came to you feeling bruised from a very different experience at the walk in centre, but you turned my day (and my fragile head!) around. You were non-judgemental, practical, kind and understanding. You were not condescending and you made me feel cared for. You helped me reflect on the need to stop and I left determined to do so. I have not hurt myself since I saw you. When I am well, I hope to ensure more people experience the care I felt with you and not the pain of the walk in centre experience. I spent 10 minutes in your care, it was transformative. Thank you.

Dr Sreetharan is always friendly, caring and helpful. She listens to what you to say carefully and is sensitive to any personal issues you may have. I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this practice.I have seen her on a number of occasions and her smile is enough to make you feel better immediately!
