Appointments with Dr Tavadia are always rushed, she’s in and out the room constantly, nothing ever seems to be explained, test results don’t get passed on to me or discussed, questions never seem to be answered. I just seem to get useless prescriptions punted at me. It’s come to the point now I’ve decided to not go back as I have no trust in the service at all.

I was very disappointed by the quality of care received from Dr Tavadia. I felt rushed and not listened to. She completely disregarded my husband and anything he had to say. There was no opportunity to ask questions, of which I have many. Dr Tavadia displayed a complete failure in Patient Centred Care.
