I took me a long time to build courage up to go to doctors, and I thought I'd be sent away saying I was too young to have issues with my mental health, but when I rang the surgery and spoke to Dr Aval he gave me an appointment straight away and effectively listened to how I was feeling and give me great support back I left my app feeling relieved I had been listened to and offered the help I needed. Went back yesterday and told dr Aval I feel abit better and he was very happy and could tell he was pleased he had done his job and made a difference in my life, I'm sharing this so people don't hold back and go to the doctors for help.
