Really needed help and had no confidence going to the doctors until I knew if I wanted to be better I would have to ring in my head I thought I'd be sent away and told I was too young to have mental issues. However when I phoned the doctors spoke to Dr Aval, he gave me an appointment straight away, listened to me he was very welcoming and approachable and I felt very comfortable explaining my feelings to Dr Aval, without him I wouldn't of been able to get better. And seen him again on the 19th 2 weeks after fist appointment and he was very pleased to see I felt abit better, thanks Dr Aval for doing a great job and really caring about your patients.
