Once again, Dr Aval has proved to me what an outstanding doctor I now have.
He has seen me through a very difficult 4 months, listening so well, and acting immediately when any hospital referral was needed, for instance.
I have received the 'total package' of great medical care when I needed it most.
He is always reassuring, always listens, and truly follows up on how any patient of his is currently coping.
Today I was booked for a telphone call at home from Dr Aval.
He was genuinely delighted that I was now doing so well.
Just that 10 minute phone call inspired and encouraged me too.
I felt that I was in the best of hands, and need never worry again about asking for a GP appointment.
